Neath Carpets

We starting to renovate my old family home, and went in the shop on a Saturday to look at vinyl flooring for kitchen with a view of following on with wood flooring everywhere else in the new year. The Saturday staff were so helpful on both visits, but when the one we chose was discontinued, the weekday staff (owners wife I understand), was so disinterested and basically told me it was our fault because no one buys dark wood finish any more. Virtually demanded that I bring the samples back immediately although the other lady said we could keep them for up to a week. Also we were promised samples when they came to measure but none were brought. Also, they didn’t ring me to tell me they couldn’t no longer get our preferred choice, when I rang them and asked why, I was curtly told she had been to busy to call me, as it was only for a piece of kitchen vinyl!!! So we won’t go there again and they have lost the flooring for the whole house when we come to do it in the new year. It must be great to be so successful that you can just dismiss a customer and not care about losing the business. I was very surprised to be honest, having only recently moved back to Neath, I had gone to several shops both chain and locally owned and decided that their presentation and choice was very good, sadly the service was woefully poor. Such a shame when the lady who dealt with us on Saturday was so helpful.
