Had 2 bedroom windows replaced approximately 1 year ago. The trimming on one window was unacceptable and they came back and improved it slightly. After a little while, the locking mechanism on the second window failed which was repaired soon after. On August 12th this year, the mechanism failed again and we informed them straight away. They came out a couple of weeks later and said the mechanism needed replacing. The person who was supposed to change the mechanism on September 23rd (6 weeks since the initial complaint) and was here for approximately 10 minutes at most, stated that he didn't have that replacement mechanism on his van. I have informed one of the Directors of the company that this is unacceptable. I requested that I be reimbursed or for them to replace the window which they refused. They were only prepared to replace the locking mechanism which has failed twice Unfortunately for me, the same person is on hols until 4/10 (fair enough). However, so little faith after many disappointments that I am cutting my losses and having another firm to replace said window. Photos of their work available on request. In my opinion, a cowboy outfit from start to finish and needless to say, I would not recommend this firm.

I have had some beautiful French doors put in this week, they have transformed the house and look great. Mark is lovely to deal with and his fitter Andrew does an excellent job. It wasn't the easiest of job as I have a large curve above the doors but it looks brilliant. Thank you

Really pleased with our conservatory! We asked A1 to do our conservatory as we had used them several times before for windows and were happy with their service. They have just now finished putting up our conservatory and we're very happy with it. They do their best to keep their word and to make the customer happy. They completed everything they said they would do. Would definitely recommend!

Absolutely thrilled to bits with our Windows and Composite front door. From the initial contact all the way through to the finished fitting has been seamless and an enjoyable experience. Couldn't ask for more, very competitive price and very professional. Thank you!

fantastic job, very happy lady. just had the last 3 windows and fascia at the front of house installed with A one. this is the 3rd lot of work i have had to finish my property. i went for the georgian look to go with my front door installed last year. once again cant say how happy i am with the products and service i have had. every body involved from the salesman James who helped design the styles and gave sound advice to the fitters who were friendly, polite and tidy. nothing was to much trouble. i would highly recommend A one as they have made my experience very pleasant and i wouldn't go anywhere else in future. I am one very happy customer.
