I was left extremely upset and disappointed after the flowers for my mothers birthday did not arrive. I ordered the flowers for my mums birthday and spoke a lovely girl who informed it would be an extra £4.50 to have them delivered to bodelwyddan. I accepted this and paid over the phone with my card. At the time I asked the lady who I spoke to if these would be delivered before 12pm, as my mother had plans for the afternoon. She assured me that they would be delivered before 12pm. I called the day of my mothers birthday and asked how long she thought it might take for the flowers to arrive, as my mother was making plans and I was worried she would not be home to receive them. The lady I spoke to told me that the delivery man was just out on a delivery and then he would be coming to my house. 12pm came and no flowers had arrived, I phoned and spoke to another girl, a different girl than I had spoke to earlier, and I asked her very calmly where the flowers were, as my mother wanted to leave the house. The girl I spoke to was incredible rude and said that no-one would have told me that they would have been delivered before 12pm. she then went on to say "well it's your mums birthday all day isn't it, not just until 12pm" I thought this was so rude I was very angry and upset after this comment. This is the first year in ten years I have been at home to celebrate my mums birthday with her as I work at sea, and I wanted to see the look on her face when she answered the door and saw the flowers that I had ordered for her. I feel like her birthday was ruined completely and the comment made by your staff member was so upsetting to me. I asked for a full refund and they said they will do this. No refund was given after a week, I called and they said they have issues with the credit card system so they will send a cheque. THREE WEEKS ON AND STILL NO CHEQUE. STAY WELL CLEAR!!!!!

Here goes.... My Sister who lives in Canada sent for a floral bouquet from this particular florist and that was our first worry, apart from it costing almost $200 most of the blooms were curled up and turning brown and the composition looked like it was prepared by someone with their head put on back to front. All in all I don't believe I have ever yet seen such an awfully chaotic and pathetic attempt at floristry, terribly put together it was the blooms didn't match... I would go as far as to say that it looked as if someone had swiped it from off a grave at the local cemetery... It was our Mothers 88th birthday and had we had an opportunity to view it beforehand there is no way that it would have got over the threshold into her home.. To sum up it was absolutely disgraceful... There is no way that we could recommend this florist if it was the last on the planet earth.. No answers from the telephone number either... Someone else said that it doesn't even warrant 1 star I'm afraid I would have to agree wholeheartedly... Nothing more to add except to mention once again in capital letters DISGRACEFUL..!!!
