Book was ordered eight days before a birthday. It didn't arrive. A replacement was sent, arriving eight days after the birthday. This company appears to have no sense of urgency, also using snail mail. A totally rubbish 'service' causing frustration for the sender and disappointment for the young recipient.
i m pay extra for 2 day delivery, now pass 6 working days (8 overall)for delivery and still undelivered. The 48 hour service does not work. And terrible communication. Very dissatisfied.
I often get the best prices here - it doesn't come up in all price comparisons - never been disappointed and love that there is no delivery charge. Some reviews comment on slow delivery - I've never had an issue - it has always been dispatched and delivered within the times stated.
Delivery was slow and I didn't hear anything for a week so had to call up and chase. I was told that I would receive it on Wednesday which I did not. I won't order from here again as service is slow and the website provides misleading information regarding delivery times, stating 3-4 days - this was definitely not the case and this is inaccurate and unreliable. It is best to avoid this company for piece of mind.
