We rang Pestforce because we were experiencing rodents in our loft. Mark came and reassured us that the problem would soon be resolved. We found Mark to be highly professional and courteous and he soon sorted out our rat problems. Would highly recommend.
Called Mark of Pestforce for a small rodent problem, Mark turned up on time, was very knowledgeable and friendly, wore the appropriate PPE and sorted the problem out, would definitely use Mark again.
Mark was extremely thorough both internally and externally when trying to locate where mice could be getting into kitchen, and found an unlikely location which proved to be the entry point. Did not want to charge me for a 3rd visit so in order for me to take over he sealed the entry point, left bait and set my traps to catch any remaining mice.

Mark was very friendly and helpful. He called round the day after we telephoned. We asked him to be discrete and he came out of uniform. He did a thorough investigation on his first visit and left bait trails to assess the situation as well as bait boxes. When he returned the bait had done the trick and we no longer have a rat problem. Excellent service from start to finish. Definitely 5 star
Mark sorted out a couple of wasp nests at our home, no problems after he visited. Highly recommended!
