Ordered a carpet from Castle Carpets for my static caravan before lockdown, so as soon as it was safe, we rang to make an appointment for fitting. The guys there are really accommodating and will bend over backwards to suit times with you . The 2 guys that came to fit carpet were really polite and did an amazing job. Super quick, efficient service, I can definitely recommend Castle Carpets and I will use them again.

Steve was fantastic throughout the process. Extremely helpful with good recommendations. The chaps who turned up were very friendly and polite had the carpet in quickly and have done an immaculate job.

Went to look at carpet for hallway and stairs, shop very disorganised. They had been out before lockdown and took measurements, I was told they would find them and give me a call with a price, this never happened and I have phone 3 times since and just get told 'I havent found it yet, give you a call when I do' that was over 2 months ago, still awaiting my phone call. Gone elsewhere, they've been out to measure and just awaiting fitting.

Just had new carpet fitted.We had the hall stairs landing done brilliant job done by the fitter and a fair price will definitely use the company again and recommend them to anybody.
