I really cannot rate Debrett Fires highly enough - from the very first contact they have delivered exceptional customer service and their expertise and knowledge is second to none. Open at the weekend (a big plus in my eyes) the showroom is beautifully laid out with a wide range of fireplaces, many of which are bespoke. Steph and the team worked tirelessly to make my dream fireplace come true, and the installation was perfect - zero mess, quick and the guys took a real pride in their work. I was so thrilled that I recommended to my father, who has also decided to go ahead with a new fireplace. No hesitation in recommending this business.

Ordered on line fire surround and fret on Thursday evening. Arrived Saturday morning. Was given an hour slot for delivery. Very Happy with Service and product.

DeBrett Fires was absolutely superb. The fitting of our fire place was a complicated one but they made it work. We can highly recommend them and will use them again in the future if we need another fire place.

A fantastic company to deal with on line. Professional, prompt and very helpful. Debbie has been excellent to help me source a replacement trim for our gas fire which fits perfectly and looks stunning with the new fret I have purchased from them. I cannot fault their service and would highly recommend this company without hesitation.
