Appalling customer service! No one way system, no social distancing enforced, aisles were cramped. One member of staff letting people in and when I left different member of staff didn’t even bother to acknowledge us and didn’t seem to care.
I had to pickup my order. Very quick, only ordered in the store yesterday. Very efficient service. Brought some food on the way out, very pleased.
Food hall needs to be better organised. And people not wearing face masks was a joke.
This store is a far cry from the standards expected from a Marks & Spencer’s. The food hall especially is desperately cramped. Stock levels are invariably disappointing and I have found customer service to be rude, dismissive and unacceptable. Shocking.
Nice cafe. Good value. Loads of deals in store at present. I'm a fan of M&S anyway.
