Avoid this company at all costs we decided to go local which was a huge mistake. Dreadful service. The suite we purchased had numerous faults and it has taken three months to resolve. All the products they supply are available and cheaper through other retailers as well so would avoid this company.

Buying experience first class. Robert Tutt extremely helpful and attentive but not pushy at all. Just hope the purchased items are as good.

Very friendly and helpful and quick to order

One of the worst experience ever had. They are just a reseller so you can find all their products much cheaper online or in other better chains. They don't have a return policy so they don't have to obey to any law and can make what they prefer. At the moment of the order we weren't informed of their policies that were written in light grey behind the order. We asked if the bed could be divided in different parts and they said "yes, without problems ". No care in understanding better the needs of the client. They said that the bed was bespoken for us but was ready in just 2 weeks meaning that was already there or in their stocks. The bed couldn't fit through the upper stairs so, sadly, we had to keep only the mattress but sending back the frame and headboard. They were willing to give back only 400 pound out of more than 800 that was left of the order to "restock" the bed and headboard. We decided to keep the set for another room and giving back the headboard because wasn't good for that room. They wanted to keep £300 pound of the £500 of the headboard price. A total RIP OFF. I asked if at least they could swap with one that they had already in store at minor price without any additional compensation just for making it looking good for the other bedroom. They refused everything without explanation with showing no willingness in helping the customers. Where are the good stret retailers? No wonder they are all closing down if this is their attitude. I just hope that this shop can close down as well.

Served by a lovely lady with a great sense of humour. Helps shopping run smoothly. Good store with good quality items.
