A nice area providing a lovely walk. There are a couple of hides for watching the wildlife. Well managed by the trust.

Fantastic Hertfordshire Wildlife Trust reserve. Keys are kept at the reserve keepers front door. There are two hides to enjoy the local birdlife from and occasionally the local Kingfishers treat you with a visit.

Great for kingfishers, green sandpiper, water rail, little egret and common birds. A small reserve accessed by key collected from the warden who lives next to the reserve, some days you will see very little yet other days there is plenty about. Important during freezing weather as the spring-fed cress beds stay unfrozen. This is when snipe , jack snipe and occasionally woodcock can be found.
