The staff are friendly but it can be a long wait especially with covid restrictions lately, phoned ahead a few times to be told prescription is ready yet items have been missing from the repeat prescriptions. It's also pot luck to get through on the phone, however I appreciate they are quite busy.
Someone needs to come and sort the management of this place out absolute Joke , and the way some of the staff speak to people is ridiculous!
Appreciate the covid restrictions, but the amount of staff in the store they need to review things. Long waits outside for prescriptions to collect, then problem while they find prescription.
