Absolutely wonderful here, we love visiting as our boy can play off lead... He doesn't have the best recall so having somewhere safe and secure for him to explore is priceless. We love it!
This was the first time I have used the fields. The lady that greeted me was lovely and very informative and made sure I knew where things were, the field was perfect for a quiet off lead runaround for my dog reactive pooch. My dog doesn't do well with Street walks due to so many triggers so it was nice to see her relax and run free with no other dogs or triggers around to set her off. There was a small indoor area for if the field is to boggy or the weather is too bad, toilet onsite, onsite refreshments available to purchase and small farm shop. There is also an outdoor hosepipe to wash the mud off after the walk before putting your dog back in the car.
Couldn't ask for more, I would highly recommend to anybody looking for a quiet place to walk their dog.
What a lovely place. Amazing views, with a large space for the dogs. A cabin with homemade treats and drinks, toilets, benches and they are taking every precaution regarding Covid. Really great place. We will definitely be back.
Went for the first time today - what a great facility! Really friendly owners. So much space for the dogs to run free, which is great as their re-call is appalling! Lovely bonus of drinks and refreshments being available. Will definitely be a regular visitor now!
Its really good that there is a place like this to take our dogs for a good run, however my miniature daschund escaped three times through the fencing by the main road which is a very busy fast lane ,so I feel this part of the field should be better fenced off as small dogs can easily get through as my dog showed to us in a very quick easy way.perhaps some sheep netting could work.
