Booked valuation of my mother's house, came from Rhyl to Colwyn Bay and they did not show up! Called them and was told that their agent had tried to get access when we were all waiting in the front for them. When I said I wasn't very happy the guy on the phone said his agent was not either... totally unprofessional. They have lost out on the opportunity to advertise the property.
Experienced courteous staff. Higjly recommended.

Rang office to see what was going on, and was rudely spoken to by the man that answered, wasn't interested in rebooking so have taken my business elsewhere
Didn't like it at all
Initial impression on entering the shop was that there were four people waiting to jump on me. Second was the unavoidable smell of BO. Third was that they really couldn't be bothered to help me because what I wanted from them was not going to make them any money.
Not impressed and most certainly will not be selling a house through them.
