So I rented a car gave it back clean got an inspection done was told everything was good! the next day someone from enterprise called me and told me there is a cigarette smell in the car I told him you did the inspection on the vehicle and didn't tell me nothing about no cigarette smell (by the way I don't smoke) and tried making me come in to the branch to pay £100 in cash and told me I cannot pay with my credit card or debit I think they were trying to squeeze me in pay so they can put it in their back pocket (Disgusting) I told them I won't pay they blacklisted me for life. I think head office should investigate this branch

I had the misfortune of dealing with Madi at the Barking branch, what a totally unpleasant experience. I'm left bewildered and shocked at how someone so unprofessional can be employed in a reputable company like Enterprise. He sounds like a grown man but conducts himself like a juvenile wanting confrontation perhaps to try and impress his colleagues. He cost Enterprise business today and in the future. I was glad to take my business to Hertz who put this pathetic runt to shame. Can I suggest Madi, if you're having a bad day or whatever your problem is, go home early. If you're having a bad life, quit Enterprise and stop costing them honest business.

Was giving a courtesy car by enterprise, i was given the incorrect returned date and was charged extra for their own mistake and unprofessionalism. Upon arrival i was told that the car needed to have at-least quarter tank of petrol, i informed the young lady that no one told me this when taking the vehicle, the young lady told me “ it was sent to your email(the contract)” i showed her nothing was sent at all with evidence showing her my inbox. She told me I would be charged in additional to the so called late return. Basically they will milk you for your money and will use lies and so called communication mistakes, and when you complain they are quick to say “contact the head office” just to end the argument. I was Totally amused by the standards or customer service and unprofessional. Will not recommend to anyone. Herts is alot better.

Loved the quick and efficient service provided by Mehdi when I went to collect my car, they were very busy at that point and working with a skeleton crew didn't help either but he managed to juggle everything around very smoothly while keeping a professional yet personal touch. Thank you Mehdi
