DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY (AKA Liverpool Wood Pellets). Appalling customer service. The website still looks active but I would say these people have gone bust. They failed to deliver my order after 6 weeks without any communication then cancelled it. After much chasing almost 3 months later I still do not have my refund.

You won't get your products or your money back don't use!!!!!! placed an order in July which didn't arrive and still haven't had my money back even after be promised 4 times I would. Update it has been 7 months and still no refund they also trade as Liverpool wood pellets so be careful

You won't get your order and your money will disappear. Luckily your bank might refund you money. Same company as liverpoolwoodpellets. Just DON'T. Ended up using luxury wood company.

Placed an order with these people nine days ago, it has still not arrived ! They do not take orders seriously, it took them 5 days to dispatch the order, now the courier has it, and its still not been delivered will never deal with these people again
