We were sent to this out of hours vet service by our own vet as our dog required intervention on a Sunday. The staff were friendly and efficient, taking our dog in promptly to commence treatment. When I rang late Sun night to enquire how he was doing, I was reassured that he was doing well and comfortable and to ring anytime. Collected him at 7.30am next morning, efficient Covid-protected service again. Invoice/receipt received immediately via email.
We had an emergency with our 11 week old puppy and the staff at Colwyn Bay were very calm, clear and informative.
They saved our pup and provided amazing advice for aftercare.
Not the nicest scenario to be in and it was very reassuring to know he was in good hands. Needless to say he’s made a full recovery and back to chewing the house!
Our very sick little girl Bella was really poorly and had to stay over night the vests who took care of Bella I couldn’t have asked for more and I thank you all from the bottom of my heart and thank you Vivian ❤️ Bella is now getting better day by day x x x
The staff were great and very helpful. However, the cost for out of hours is over triple the normal price. We found this extortionate as we had no other option and just wanted to help our pet.
What a shambles, spent 5hrs sat in the car outside the vets waiting to be seen. After 3hrs they told me my cat was not a priority even though this was the first time they actually came to see him.
