A very proficient endering, empathetic service for when a close relative died in recent years and have been to other funerals they have arranged where they were superb over the last 30 years since I was a child. Excellent customer service and compassionate. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because I went to the office recently to enquire about a funeral for a close relative at a time I was distressed and the member of staff was very unhelpful, rude and incredibly apathetic with no empathy and poor speaking skills. He seemed incredibly dogmatic(if I didn't better, I'd assume he was a fundamentalist Saudi Wahabbi) and his behaviour in later days was unscrupulous with the cemetery where I had to seek an alternative funeral director . I think /hope this was a one off and Covid 19 is a tough time for funerals. Great funeral serivce even if some complacency shown in recent times (considering other funeral services have sprouted up in recent times). Maybe because the original Taslim family are not as directly involved anymore.

I was in a state of shock when my son passed away. I was greeted with such warmth and genuine compassion. They made a very difficult time extremely stressfree. I will be eternally grateful for all that they did for the family and for my son. Thankyou

Haji Taslim Funerals is a Muslim funeral service that I have used 4 times for different members of my family. They are a professional run company who are established from 1950 unlike other services. The staff are very knowledgable and most importantly experienced. I also share this view with numerous friends and family who have used their service. the entire process was smooth as always and i pray that Allah blesses them for the supportive and loving touch they provide at such a needy time.
