Lovely old wooden bridge .Little charge for going over but well worth it .beautiful views .Think pub was open but we didn't go in
The car park isn't massive but we didn't have any problems finding a space in the August holidays. There were parking meters but none of them worked and I was told by the locals the traffic wardens finish at 4pm. The car park us on the beach and the beach is lovely even though when the sea in in it is very pebbly but still definitely worth going, the scenery is outstanding and as it's surrounded by mountains it was really warm, the sea is beautiful and clean and there were a fair amount of people there taking part in paddle boarding. The nearest toilets are down by the shops by the miniature railway I would say accessible but I'm not sure about wheelchairs as there is a rail in front of the doors but you may be able to get around with a bit if effort. Overall 💯 worth a visit if you're in the area and Fairbourne is a lot less 'touristy' than Barmouth but only a few miles separate the two towns.
Lovely place to sit and watch the sea and sunsets.
Once you get past the narrow entrance lane you nip up onto the carpark. Stunning views over the water. Its rare to beable to get your car so close to the beach without broken views from walls or elevation. The parking is cheap and there are open public loos nearby. The beach consists of stones for the first 50 feet so bring footwear to cross this or just bare with it. The car park is narrow and can probably hold a max or 75-100 cars.
Nice little beach when water is out and you can take your dogs on one half of the beach
