I have to say how impressed I have been with the store management and how it is being run due to Coronavirus. In the March lockdown it was one of the stores I visited first as I had been high risk. I felt very safe and could see the lengths they were going to in order to keep their staff and customers safe. Well done!!

Parking great, service fast and polite. Product? Missing pieces, obviously zero quality control. Box had been previously opened but I of course believed it would have been checked before repacking. Been waiting nearly a week for the item and will have to wait longer for more in stock. Slight problem with refund as my product is not in a resealable state (Due to missing parts and open box AKA how it was purchased). Hopefully the staff member there during my next visit can help me then.

Security on door too busy talking to security inside shop. Nothing to state 'stop here' my husband went to walk in. That was when the security guard noticed us and stated. 'You can't just walk in' so rude in his delivery of this statement. If he had been watching and not talking, it would have made our experience much better. We will never go to the Dagenham Branch again. .

I was at Argos Dagenham on 30th June around 1-2pm and collecting my order (3 boxes of vacuums) and 2 boxes of my hand blenders. I was by myself whilst in the store and I was rushed out of the outlet. Definitely I am not able to carry all of the boxes at once and no trolley provided at this argos outlet. As a female with my size (150cm height) and capacity I have to carry the boxes multiple times towards the exit. Making my way to the exit I had to put the boxes multiple times at the side of the aisle. Please read, I put ASIDE. The most interesting part is when, the argos staff only know how to complain on how I placed the boxes and claim that would be restricting other “customers route”- which is not true at because there is still more than 2 meters space and ALSO, no other customers at that time. Please note that it took less than 4 minutes for me to get the boxes to the exit If Argos Dagenham really concern on safety and hygiene or virus spreading, be sensible, be logical and please be rational. First, educate your staff to wear a mask. I am wearing my mask and completely in a better position compared to any Argos staff that not even wearing mask or gloves. That is a very basic hygienic thing during covid pandemic as this Argos outlet takes social distancing to another awkward level. Second, please trains your staff to be polite and have some humanity by talking to others with respect. I am sure plenty of training for this soft skills out there. I went to Argos because is was not able to be delivered. We are not being there to meet your unfriendly, rude and inhumane staff. The items were paid and we did not get this for free. This is embarrassing.
