Today I've come to Argos and I had to queue up in the Sainsbury queue to just collect my order which I paid like everyone else online since pandemic hit Argos today you guys could have come out looking for us then waiting inside doing nothing and the ratio of people visiting Argos 1/15 in the queue. You could have processed our orders by taking FT NUMBER AND PIN and bring it the front. I had a problem with Sainsbury Managed not being professional then claiming she is your manager and and no will not take this advice or put it in practice I will not shoo again if I don't see information about pick from every store before I commit a buy ever again.

Worst customer service I have recieved in a long time. The staff are so rude (some were alright from previous visits). In particular Layla the deputy manager. She has a carefree, uninterested and bossy attitude and extremely rude. They gave me the run around not wanting pay my refund back to my card because the receipt they gave me faded. Blaming me for not taking an email reception. So they only wanted to give me a voucher receipt when they very well could have traced it via my card and bank statement which I had. Its only after speaking to customer resolutions i managed to get it all sorted in the end.

I ordered a few things with Argos which and we’re bunched together in small groups with a separate order number. The lady at counter gave me a few orders and one was missing, she told me there was no more but I had told her there was, after receiving a few of my items I was looking through a long list of text messages to come up with the missing order number. I found the counter staff and manager to be very unhelpful and rude, instead of letting me look for the number she told me to go back to the end of the que, which was quite long due to covid. Awful service for a long term loyal customer with order of more than £150.

Ordered and paid online to collect the PS4 game Tekken 7. Age restriction as can be seen on the items page on Argos is 16. The instruction on the email collection confirmation just says you need to be at least that age to collect, which in this case is 16. Went today to collect, unfortunately I didn't have any photo ID with me, but was happy to show all my bank cards, and I even had pictures on my phone of my passport and driving licence. The lady with a Bob cut at the collection desk said you need to be 25 to collect. But as you can see that's no were stated in either the items page on Argos nor the email collection confirmation. And I also do not look younger than 16 I can assure you. Just another example where common sense went out the window. Told them to cancel and walked out.
