My wife received the text notification that her order was ready to collect. After queuing for 10 mins, a rather indifferent staff member told me that she couldn't find the order and needed to refund the money. In a single, simple word - hopeless.
Pick up only at present. There was a queue to collect goods but quite a few staff around to help.
This is inside the Sainsbury's and very convenient for parking.
Not happy with the way things are organised at the moment that you have to do it online and its closed off no good 🤦♀️
Went in for click and collect, no greetings from staff, grumpy faces and reek of attitude. It was not busy I was the only person there. Went back another day as order wasnt all ready, same vibe. will buy online elsewhere next time.
Love this place because of nice atmosphere and excellent facilities for every individual.
