I couldn't recommend Ruby's enough, the best customer service I have received in a long time. Our original fitting was cancelled due to the lockdown coming in and we were informed as soon as they knew. They then kept us updated and we were contacted as soon as they reopened, and put at the front of the queue. The fitters came with ppe and were very professional. The counter looks great and for a really reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

We phoned ruby granite for a price, gave them the measurements and they quoted a price. Took a day off work to travel to see them and inspect the granite product, we asked the gentleman that took care of us from start to finish if we could pay and order as we liked the product he prepared the paperwork when he produced the paperwork the price had increased by 125%. We could never recommend this company and found them dishonest and best avoided.
