Great coffee and baguettes at good price. Very delicious
This is the best coffee in the U.K. in my opinion. I love my coffee and was really impressed with the quality of my cappuccino. There was also amazing home made cakes . We didn't have a dog but dogs were welcome outside and bowls of water were provided.
lovely hot chocolate.. ... lovely service.. other customers were lovely.. the cakes were beautiful. ...I will certainly b calling in again this month. I hope it doesn't close for the winter...say for December and January and February...!!!!
Genuinely great, real coffee, indeed. Prices are high.
The older bloke was a real rip off merchant: he claimed he couldn’t do a single espresso for £1.80 and charged me £2.20 twice for a double as ‘the machine was not set up for single espressos’ - which to a trained barista is utter utter BS: You pickup the single handle and basket from the top of the machine where it’s lying and use that with a quick manual bean grind or single click - which takes about 0.85 seconds more - busted, son!
I loved it. The coffee is wonderful and not too pricey. The staff (owners?) were friendly and helpful, and took time to chat with customers. My wife is not a strong coffee lover, but thought the latte was great. She also recommends the cake.
