It must’ve been a pain in the backside to build but the place could’ve been made a bit nicer inside and possibly bigger maybe? I went mid-week and it was rammed inside with nowhere to sit. I also paid around £4.50 for a warm bottle of beer. Luckily I was fairly early as they announced that the trains would no longer be running and the staff had to go on the last train back because of the weather. I imagine the views are nice when you can see further than 3m in front. Lots of nice dogs here and toilets are good.

Amazing place to visit, with a visit to the top. If you can’t/don’t want to walk to the top, you can take the train, but make sure you prebook your tickets to guarantee a seat as it can get very busy during the holiday season.

Welcome respite after climbing Snowdon. Not able to fill up water bottles. 25 min wait for a cuppa (Sept 2019). Still enjoyed the experience as I keep returning.
