Everyone very helpful. Very Covid19 aware which made it a pleasure to sit and eat. Food hot and tasty, wonderful pot of tea.
Hot drink machine not working, no clean cutlery, things we wanted out of stock, the food we did have was full of grease, staff with no manners, not a nice place to eat.
For what you pay it's fantastic value for what you get, well done keep it up.
Wanted the eggs Benedict as per the breakfast menu, but was told they've stopped cooking poached eggs because they do them in batches? Poached eggs are meant to be cooked fresh to order, if you don't do them this way, then you could spoil the yolk??!
Eventually had scrambled eggs, but they were not fresh either and looked nothing like the advertised picture, tasted dry and bland. Also the toast was too soft and not cooked properly.
Overall a very poor experience!
Love going here for breakfast always good and consistent food. Don't get me wrong it £6 for a big daddy breakfast and it's not the best breakfast going but for value and a decent amount of food it's good. They also do 2 adults and 2 children for £10 in the holidays so it's good when you have children.
