This court is absolutely shambles. I am working with a solicitor fighting my case who is even complaining about how awful this court is compared to every other court in London when it comes to responding to any sort of communication. I am seriously shocked at how some of the reviews have been dated back to 2014, yet nothing has been done about this?? This is seriously embarrassing and makes me embarrassed to call this my local court.
This needs to be resolved, it can cost lives.
Absolutely laughable, poor service. I must have called 20 times and either the line was busy or there was no answer so I had to go round there to make an appointment just to have my signature witnessed. No-one would see me for this 10 second job and so had to return the next day - a joke!
Had rather a bad experience. The court did help in providing some sort of structure but found the male judge biased who by expressing his opinion ensured my ex that the structure is 'regid'. Guess what the complaint didn't help to address any of it. Typical white middle age judge showing his power. Appalling and unfair!
People in this court do not deserve the job at all. I highly doubted whether there were actually real people existing here until I came for hearing. They never answer any phone calls or emails. Luckily I found good lawyers who know their way dealing with these shameful staff...
That's just ridiculous. Nobody picks up the phone nor answers the emails. There is no way to get any information about your case. They supposed to be in contact with people.
