Handy spot in town, just a shame Conwy council love ripping people off to park here

Car park you pay nice walk around ths walls of the conwy town to get into the castle you can book online

It doesn't look like a car park to me...but is it is it lovely 😀

I was one of four coaches that came here for a day trip, unbeknownst to me the car park only takes coins or card! So armed with a £20 I asked in the "car park shop" for change, they declined, they pointed out the attendant having their breakfast at the same shop. I asked them if they had change, "no, try the tourist information in town" was the answer.. So, up I went tried to buy something, "you just want change for the car park don't you?" Came the response.. and she refused to let me buy something!!!! Saying this happens too often.. So back to the car park. Another lady attendant at the machine, i explain my predicament to her, "so what you going to do" she said!?? "What can I do? Leave I guess?" I replied. "Right answer!" She exclaimed and wished me a good day sarcastically!she likes her job a little too much!! Then just as I was going a friendly coach driver came and paid for me. I will pay him back later. Anyway. My point is, in a car park with attendants in abundance and a cafe/shop, and more than one person struggling for change. Surely it's not much to ask for the council to supply said shop with some coins and a helpful assistant to hand out with a friendly manor? First impressions of Conway council staff on the ground,unhelpful and unwilling to help.. I won't be paying to stop there again or take another coach in to spend their money.
