This was my first visit to this store, but it won’t be my last.
Here to collect a flatpack shelving unit. The guy on the door was very helpful and accommodating, especially as this was Boxing Day.
Showed my order, quoted the reference and collection number, and within moments, my item was brought to the front door by a guy who was only too pleased to help.
Makes a really pleasant change to have Happy, smiley people!
Very nice staff. David was so helpful and carried the filing cabinet to the car for me. Very grateful!
Collection was quick but abrupt staff and poor signage about how to pick up a Click and Collect.

Happy with the shop in general, but my last experiece was unpleasant and sloopy, hence my 1☆ review, as I want to catch the manager's attention. I had to go to the shop 3 times, and call customer service as well until my voucher has been accepted. When it finally got sorted, I didn't even get an apology. Quite the oposit, he (the manager) was behaving as if it was my fault.
