I was warmly greeted by the lovely Mandy and I left with warm good wishes from both the young man who helped me scan my shopping and weighed my fresh products and brought me a flower bag... Impressive Marks and Spencers which is also open at 10am Sundays.👍 Great plethora of fresh foods and wine.
Good food as always, bit on the pricey side but that's to be expected. New sparks thing seems to be interesting although I don't feel the need to use it when I'm in store. Good food!
I hate M&S as a company as always abysmal customer service. But as this is my local one I do shop there a lot and this one has a nice community feel. Many of the food products are excellent quality throughout the chain. Shame that for years customer service is beyond dreadful: "The customer is always wrong" policy. Be careful never to return more than 1 product at a time by post...they will claim they only received 1, and it is hard to prove otherwise.
Convenient place to stop and get M&S goodies as they have their own car park. Parking is payable upfront and redeemable against your purchase just don't forget to present the voucher at the till.
