Great service. Would recommend anytime service with a smile
Very slow at dealing with issues about the properties they manage
Wilson lettings are so desperate. I requested that they drop their agency fees as they’re being banned by the Welsh Government from September onwards, of course they refused. They also asked me if I had intentions of having children over to visit me in the potential property. As ‘some landlords specifically request tenants’...not to have any freedom or family contact. I found the question really bizarre and invasive, I could tell quite quickly that this agency would be a horror to deal with.
We’re lucky that the Welsh government aims to erradicate unscrupulous landlords and agencies with the use of rent smart wales and the new Renting Act Wales so I intend to make full use of the new law. I’ll be the first person to report this horror show if they’re still charging a fee come September.
