Absolutely brilliant. Came out on a Saturday within a hour of me calling. Genuine guy and very reasonable rates.
Dans work is 1st rate. He went out of his way to get to us as soon as he could. He is quick and efficient with very reasonable rates. Dan even text me a couple of days later, just to make sure everything was OK with the job.
Dan was friendly, thorough & efficient. His diagnosis of a rather uncommon fault with our boiler was found and fixed quickly, and for a price I was very pleased with. We were well informed throughout the process, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
Terrible service he got paid to do a job knowing the urgency of the installation as I have young kids, I messaged and called him several times no reply. I only got a reply when I mentioned that I would report him as he has been paid and was not replying to calls or messages. To only then receive a msg to say he would refund with no apologies. I would definitely not recommend!! Also reported...
He hung up in the middle of a conversation. Later on my husband called him to explain our problem, he promised to call back in 5 minutes, but he did not.
