5 stars for being the only website with availability when everywhere else was completly booked up. The website is easy to navigate and the booking proces clear. Customer service was very helpful and you also get suggestions and some discounts to use in different shops in the area. TY AR Y PEN This property is located in a very convenient central place for many attractions in Snowdonia. There is a convenience store a couple of hundred yards down the road. The house is very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We had a great 5 night break here with 2 kids and would definitely recommend this place to stay. The owner contacted us promptly by phone and was very welcoming, also there is a booklet that explains where everything is.

Great property rented, absolutely helpful and accommodating staff (excuse the pun). Great ambassadors for both property owners and North Wales as a region. So good were they that despite our holiday cut short by Covid 19 restrictions imposed by Welsh government, we immediately rebooked for the following month such is the confidence and faith we place in North Wales Holiday Cottages.

Without Prejudice. No gate across the 12ft open front of the property. It was stated secure and enclosed. It was not. Upon arrival with 2 dogs - all anticipated, it was an extremely stressful situation. The owner just asked if we had dog leads. His reply to my question.."are you intending to fix a gate?" ..was that he was too busy. Phone calls from us to NWHC (spoke to Richard), finally resulted in owner returning with metal fieldgate which he tied across the opening with string. This enabled us to stay...no option as nothing else available....but we had the inconvenience of having to drag the gate open/shut across flinty ground several times a day. I have dealt with this company for years and received top class service from the female staff. We were surprised that Richard did not ring during our week to ask how we were coping. Also in view of maintaining good customer relations we both felt compensation should be forthcoming.....and I do not mean a voucher nor money off another holiday. We have been good and loyal customers and this stressful time made things miserable. One small point - I asked to know the days Sharon would be in the office as had bought her a little thank you gift to show appreciation for help over the years. He did not bother to let me know. Very unfortunate and well below expected standard. ------------------' 31/10/19. NORTH WALES HOLIDAY COTTAGES rang me after I responded to their reply to my review. They now realise that the cottage Swn yr Aber was not as advertised and booked. They have unreservedly apologised and sent a cheque by way of compensation. The apology is accepted as is the cheque. In view of this, as long standing customers of NWHC, we will consider using their services in the future should suitable properties be available. MLSH.

Very helpful staff spotlessly clean well equipped properties 100% we will be booking through them again

Excellent service they really know there stuff. Great locations and good prices. Very clean property and really easy to book with great comms. We will be using them again.
