I rang Chris' roofing after being let down by another tradesman...I wish I'd rung Chris first...I will next time!... Prompt reply to the voicemail I left him ,followed up by a prompt visit to see the job and give an estimate. The following day saw the job completed ....before the rain came on. Happy customer. I'd recommend Chris' Roofing .

Phoned Chris' Roofing and Property Maintenance on a Monday and left a message unsure whether I would get a call back. Chris phoned me back the same evening, priced the job on Tuesday morning and completed it on Tuesday afternoon... brilliant! Chris was professional, informative, well priced and I would definitely use this service again. Chris inspired confidence.

Chris and the team have just completed the demolition of an elderly lean-to conservatory, a roof repair and other jobs. All undertaken to a high standard. All the team were friendly, polite and worked hard. This was the second time we have used Chris and will do so again.

Chris and his team replaced Facias, Soffits and guttering to our property. Work was completed professionally and workmen polite and friendly. Site cleaned up on completion. Final invoice exactly as estimate, even though some additional work required due to rotten timber in one roof area. Would recommend and use again

Chris replaced the whole roof at our property and replaced old facia boards and gutters. He and the team turned up when they said they would and finished promptly. All waste was removed from property. Price was very competitive. The only criticism I have is that he ate all my favourite biscuits 🤣. I will recommend Chris and the team to anyone who wants roofing work doing on their house. Thanks Guys
