Avoid these scumbags. Their corporate filings are not up to date. Adam and Louise Docwra do not officially work there according to the Companies House. They have 1 mortgage outstanding from 2008 and they operated without a license and were subsequently fined 1350 GBP in 2017.
I rented from them in 2015 because I was a desperate international student. They took advantage of me, charging me 475 GBP per month for a property without heating that had mold growing on the walls and ancient electrical wiring that would char the ceiling. Nothing was PAT tested or up to code.
I complained constantly, she insisted she would do repairs, but after 9 months, that never happened. It turned out that the landlord didn't even know I was living there. Once I was able to contact him, he fixed the heating and fixed some of the wiring, at least. I was absolutely miserable living in that property.
Louise is a psychopath who completely lacks empathy and will not hesitate to rip you off.
