Excellent service from Williams & Goodwin in selling my property. In an age where it often feels that we are pushed to use impersonal websites or industrial-scale call centres, it was refreshing to encounter proper personal service, backed up by expert local knowledge. From initial discussion to completion of the sale, their expert knowledge and sound advice was invaluable. I received regular and timely updates, and as I live at the other end of the country I particularly appreciated their willingness to spend time with me on the telephone, often out of office hours and at weekends. All my telephone calls to the office were, without fail, dealt with professionally and efficiently.
