Awesome family business that's been around for many years. Extremely professional and friendly helpful staff. Excellent place to visit if you've suffered a fire or flood in your property. Let them take the pressure off your shoulders and do the long winded stressful work communicating with insurance loss adjusters for you. They will get you a better and fairer deal. You won't be disappointed.

I can’t recommend Oakleafe enough. I may be a good business man but I’m not a expert in insurance litigation. Raj handled my case with professional care and understood all my anxiety related with my fire claim. What could have taken months to sort out Raj and his team got my insurance company to pay out in days. Especially as I work in retail and under the current climate all the stress involved was just taken away by him and his team.Thank you so much you are one heck of a company.

I had a house fire during lockdown and was very jubious when I was offered help with my claim as I had never even heard of a loss assessor. Stuart gave me confidence that Oakleafe would be there to support me and my family until the end and hats off to him because Oakleafe did exactly that! Aaron represented me amazingly and was professional and understanding. Oakleafe are very hands on and not like other corporate assessing firms who tried to approach me to handle my claim whilst not even suggesting to see the damage! I think more people need to know that Oakleafe exist as I would never ever attempt to try and put a claim in to insurers without them again. Thank you all at Oakleafe.

After having difficulties agreeing an insurance settlement, we were advised by an acquaintance to contact an insurance assessor. It was such a relief to have help from someone acting on our behalf. Dean and his colleagues were so pleasant, professional and thorough and I would certainly recommend Oakleafe to anyone in a similar situation.
