All customer service calls are frustrating and ive had to seek legal advice as im stilll waiting for my money a week after its due and two months after i was told its ready to go !!!! Due to such incompetence ive had to cancel a holiday and am late with debts all in all a bad experience follwed 27 yrs of having my money i may as well have spoken to a robot !!!!
