I just called to add an additional car to my policy. The Agent (Tina) was absolutely incredible in helping me select the right policy for the van and car. I figured this would be a typical 20 min fiasco. Nope, fast super friendly professional service from this incredibly nice lady. She had my cover in place in less than 5 minutes! Thank you so much,Tina, it was an absolute pleasure to speak with you and do great business. This was customer service and satisfaction at it’s very finest!

Disgusting company. Sold my father a totally inappropriate policy over the phone. As soon as documents arrived. He tried to cancel. Told he didn't have a 14 day cooling off period as he agreed over the phone. Wrong, that is the whole idea of the cooling off period and it is a legal requirement. They are now charging a cancellation fee. Sad thing is I recommended them. All they are interested in is money & miss selling services.

Autonational Rescue. These are the best at what they do. Over the years I've tried a few rescue outfits and none compare with Autonational for cover and customer care. April this year brought a change of car. I've had this before with other companies and it's sometimes costly and sometimes just a nightmare. A simple 3 minute call from where I got the car and Autonational had changed all relevant details, no loss of cover time, no penalties, no extra payments. All done in a pleasant quick call and right now (December) I've renewed for another year and that is now 4 years in a row with NO increase in payment. Full cover for a great price and customer care second to none.
