Purchased a tv from this store very recently tried using it but was faulty was told by the contact centre to return the tv to the store with my receipt for a exchange or re fund
Took here on the 18/10/20 to be told by the cashier I will not be able to take it back and I should go back and call the tv brand maker and take my issues with then and Argos won’t help at all !
Very disappointing customer services.
Poor customer service from the supposed manager (Nigel) who wasn't wearing a badge. Needed a bag to carry heavy items, they don't have contactless so I couldn't buy a 20p bag for my online order. Not suggestions given to solve the problem. No compassion or understanding. I ended up having to buy a sim card (cheapest item available) in order to buy a bag through self service. How does self service have contactless but not the actual store? The worst part was the service. Nigel was flippant and dismissive. I would rather pay £3.95 for delivery next time.
Incompetent staff, patronising to customers and offer no help...

Fairly good service staff are very pleasant and the transaction was swift as can be.
