Very helpful staff! Explained to staff I was in a major rush as carpark ticket was soon running out when I was at Till Point, was in and out in less than 5 minutes even when it was a busy day, never a stressful experience here, staff is so nice and helpful! Just great! M x

Worst Argos I have ever been to, unhelpful staff who seem more interested in chatting to each other, the only help they give is by pointing at the machines, The service is so bad I felt I had use the reviews, I wouldn't recomend this branch...

Extremely rude staff at the till and customer service was non existent. Even the young lady that seems to be the Manager when l requested to speak to someone she said you just did and walked off. They basically called me a fraud by assuming l have had an item that only got delivered to me 2days ago for longer before returning it even before l explained the item only arrived 2days ago. 11days ago was when l placed the order no empathy that their Company Argos sent me a wrong item, l had to wait 9days for it to arrive and, l have to go through the hassle of calling customer service and be put on hold for over 20mins for something l believe they could have dealt with differently if they understood what customer service really is
