Broken down they towed my van away for green flag but left me to find my own way home from north Wales to the wirral 95 miles. Next day delivered my van to a local garage to me the garage fixed it whith in ten minutes no parts needed turbo pipe had come off could of been fixed at the road side
Just as they were closing on a Saturday these guys stepped in to temporarily fix my exhaust so I could attend a family emergency.

Car broke down in Cricceth on the first night of the holiday. Service was quick, professional and sorted the problem and cost was very reasonable. Would recommend.
The only saving grace about this company is the lovely mechanic/recovery driver Bill who was friendly, calming and so professional.
The owner is a rude arrogant unprofessional specimen with no people skills whatsoever.
He was extremely rude and patronising whenever we spoke to him on the phone and went out of his way to be as unhelpful as possible and causing more stress to an already stressful situation.
Avoid this place if you can.
After reading reviews of this garage I have no doubt he will respond in an argumentative and accusing manner like he has with anyone who has left a negative review.

Just to reiterate - Bill the mechanic deserves a five star review - Mr Hardy doesn’t deserve the one star minimum.
