This must be the best gym I have ever been to. I love the atmosphere. Feels like a second home. The people I meet are amazing. Everyone is very friendly. In the classes the instructors really care about your well-being.
Friendly staff, high quality equipment (eg Wattbike).
Having visited since reopening following lockdown, it feels very safe. Lots of space, swim sessions and classes booked in advance and temperature checks on arrival - they’ve set it up really well
I've been going to this gym, since the days it were known as Pinnacle Gym. The facilities and equipment they have are brilliant! The staff a very helpful and friendly. I'd highly recommend joining this place.

Not wheelchair accessible,
Tom was very nice and helpful, his peachy bum was the only good thing about our visit,
unfortunately the wheelchair hoist into the pool was broken, they didn’t have one of the arms so was not safe for my friend to use. Also the disabled shower was broken, and then the changing rooms were too small, so could not fit the electric chair in. We were also made to wear smelly hats, not pleasant, but quite amusing.
All the staff were pleasant but sadly the disability aspects urgently need updating.
