Where does one start when describing what an amazing company and team of people at Abraham Associates is. Prior to being introduced to Louis I had spoken and been dealing with 3 other brokerages and individual brokers. As soon as I started speaking to Louis I straight away dropped everything with the other brokers and dealt with him. He is a crystal clear communicator who tells you what the situation is and is clear on what he can do and therefore manages your expectations exceptionally! Too many broker firms tell you what you want to hear or that they can achieve the impossible and then fail further down the line!
Louis managed to get us a mortgage for an amount we didn’t think was achievable. Not only did he do this he also did it in a record amount of time, which gave us the advantage to secure the property we desperately wanted!
I cannot thank him and his team enough and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking a mortgage!
