It was the most traumatizing experience I've ever had in my life the staff treat vulnerable homeless people with soo much disrespect and discriminates them by looking down at them, attitude of staff is as though they have have been trained to make people who come there to seek help to feel uncomfortable, they speak very inconsiderate, they make accusations against people when assessing the cases rather than being objective. This should be an institution to help people not to traumatise and make people shameful about themselves who are without a home left in the streets. The staff needs to be properly trained for their lack of communications, manners and assessment skills. The first instance of rudeness begins by the people sitting at the reception.

Actually should be no stars. they simply smile and spit on your face, worst place in the universe, so rude and abusive towards vulnerable people

Police of Romford station sent me there yesterday . Ladies in reception treated me without mercy and no pity even they knew that I am pregnant woman in 8th month and victim of domestic abuse and i didn't sleep more than48 hours and i was very hungry. They let me in street and don't even give me glasse of water .one of them she just said I can't do nothing for you because you have no right to be here really I feel racism because I'm not British. If you don't have humanity in your heart, don't work in humanitarian organizations.
