What a nightmare!! in July I ordered 4 Securit 3* euro cylinders, 3 arrived, one was banana shaped with no keys so pretty useless. I emailed them, give them credit a guy phoned and promised to let me know when they were back in stock. 2 months later i had heard nothing so emailed saying if they cant supply i will cancel my order. I believe i have been very patient. All i got back was "we have refunded the missing and broken locks. All i wanted was 4 similar looking locks to go on my conservatory double doors and dining room double doors. So i am left with one that will fit one each of the 2 sets of doors. Told them i wanted to send the ones i have, back...well that will be at your cost!!! They couldn`t deliver what i ordered and Ive got to pay postage. Customer service is a total joke, you are lucky if you get more than a dozen words strung together, obviously not bothered to read what you have said. Avoid this company at all costs, cant supply what they say are available on their website and couldnt care less

I wish I'd paid more attention to the many 1 star reviews they already have. Sure, the lock was a good price compared to other places. However, their customer service is so terrible that I should have just paid a little more elsewhere for a better service. I sent a polite enquiry to them asking why the extra keys supplied with the lock are all so much longer than the original keys. Thomas' one sentence response was so rude and dismissive, just no need for it. He then proceeded to argue with me instead of just apologising or giving a reasonable explanation. Best to avoid these guys. I do wonder if the owner Kevin Jones is aware of the way in which customer enquiries are being dealt with. He definitely needs to have a word with Thomas, who must have some serious problems at home for him to be speaking to customers how he does. He perhaps requires some extra attention or support.

I ordered a chrome door handle and chrome letterbox for my front door. They came a couple of days later. The letterbox was an easy fit, but the door handle was another story. The front handle fitted ok, but the back handle was slightly the wrong size. So I sent the rear door handle back with a letter explaining the problem. When I chased up my letter with a phone call, I was put through to their lock Smith, who asked if I could send some pictures, which would help him to identify which make and model would solve my problem. I did this, and received a very detailed explanation, as to which product I should get, with any available alternatives. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience!! Top marks!!

I have ordered keys and cylinders two years ago and everything went fine. This time I have ordered 3 cylinders keyed alike and 4 extra keys. The store sent me a tracking number that is stating that the parcel is still in transit and I already got it. I wonder if they sent me the right tracking number. This wouldn't be a major problem but they didn't send the 4 keys I ordered which renders the cylinders useless, as people can't get access inside the house. And they REFUSE to send the missing keys... Very poor customer support. A waste of time, money and a major HEADACHE! My advice is: Keep away.
