Food is very delicious. However, customer services are absolutely awful. When there's an issue they try to find a way to blame it onto you, they would never say it's their fault. Edit: I said customer service and I meant what I said above. We phoned about 3 or 4 times. The first time we were talking fine and was about to solve the issue when the man decided to switch the line to the driver without me even agreeing. The second time, you put me on hold and hung up. The third time you switched to the line of the driver again straight away. The fourth time I asked for the manager straight away and thankfully there is someone to help. After waiting for about 2hrs the manager called back. Look I'm not trying to do anything or cause any trouble and I'm sorry for the inconveniences caused. But if you look at it from my point of view you would also be fustrated. Each time I called I had to wait about 8mins before someone answer, after answering the call lasts about 20mins. Added together that's about 28mins and I had to call 4 times. 4 times 28 is about 112mins and that's about 1.86 hours. I can do a lot of things in this amount of time. All my parents wanted was to figure out a way with you guys to use a way around this new system. All I want to do is solve this issue and use my time to do something more worthwhile. We are not trying to make you seem like the bad guys, all we want to do is to get a way so it'll be easier for them in the future. I wrote this review because I genuinely mean it when I said the customer service isn't good, and no, my parents didn't tell me to write this. I'm writing not because of what your response is but because the way you guys treated this problem. At the end of the day I don't care whatever response you give to my parents because that's between you and them. This review is my opinion and the fact that you're not paying attention to this and said it was because I'm not happy with your response is absolutely clownery. But I do have to give it you, your food is quite delicious it's just the customer service that is awful.

Very nice Pies and Pasties.Very tasty Pastry and the fillings are good.The Meat Pie is filled with Tender Meat,The Pasty has a good filling.,has Carrots in it.Have them most Saturday's for a quick dinner as we are busy.
