Customer service very poor 👎
2020 has been a difficult year for all shops. At the start of the year they could not handle the crazy shopping habits of Pandemic hoarders, however they now have this worked out. At busy times they now have queuing to get in, monitoring for of people to maintain low numbers in store. Social distance markers are in place, and generally people now follow them. Best policy however is to use the app to scan and go, which avoids contact at the tills. Other than that, what can one say, it is a supermarket.
Was due a delivery last Tuesday of essential groceries.
It didn't arrive.
Almost one week on, I have had no communication or explanation.
I have tried calling and cannot get through.
I have emailed every day and not had any response whatsoever.
1 star suggests there was some level of service to be able to judge, but zero service received.
Only 3 tills open from 22.30.. an hours queue just to pay because of this. Incredibly frustrating.. and queue going all the way down the Isles. Staff not willing to reopen any others.
Ok store. You get exactly what you expect from this Asda store. A surprise was the clothing sections were open. Where as i had been to some supermarkets and the areas were roped off. It's wasn't to crowded. There was a cleaning station available. Toilets open. But one confusing thing. Items were in wrong places. As if they were filling shelfs with alternative goods, just to fill the space. And of course the price underneath was wrong. But still a reasonable supermarket.
