Good selection of clothes, homeware and cosmetics, clean and spacious in comparison to other TX Maxx stores. However, customer service is atrocious- I was served by a young lady who was so engrossed in a conversation with her colleague (I found out all about her food allergies) that couldn't be bothered to answer to my greetings or even look at me. Some other staff were frantically walking around cleaning and reorganizing stock, which made me feel I'm am in their way. Will not be shopping there again - dreadful.

Always my favourite shop, famous brand at the cheap price. Good but not fantastic.

I bought a snake skin purse from the store for £17 , it didn't have price tag on it when I bought it. When I went home I realised that front of a purse started wearing off so I realised it is not good quality product and after a week I took it back to the store. I had my receipt but manager was talking strictly to me saying I can not return it because I have used it which I did not. I told him many times I did not use it at all. I could not prove it because it did not have the tag on it. Please be careful with stuff you are buying from this store without a tag you might not get your money back. Dissapointed
