Argos manager helped me with my purchase and was very helpful throughout the process. Bought a Samsung device, quality product @ low price, great staff. Couldn't be happier
Poor service. Very rude staff asked for a bag was told "30p" no its 30p sir just 30p. When I expressed how expensive that is I was told "morrisons charge 50p" my reply "is that justification for your extortionate price?" The sales assistant reply was to shrug and walk off. So argos seeing as yoyr store was empty try giving customer service training to your staff
Never have what I want....I know it's lockdown but even click and collect they hardly have anything I want in stock...cant even get them delivered
This store never has anything in stock. It never restocks. I’ve cancelled my Argos account now because there’s nothing in stock.
Very unpleasant experience with so called manager Ms Jhelam.Been refused exchange or return of a faulty product.Lack of customer service.
The toaster was tripping and it was not shutting. I took it back after two days of use in order to exchange it not refund it ,but I faced with a very unpleasant and unprofessional manager, I therefore had to leave the store.
