Rubbish service, never going back there again. Rude staff, lazy don't have a clue about returns or click and collect.They are just there for nothing, who pays this kind of people that don't even bother to greet you.They make you feel guilty and I wonder why am I going back to this place.There are other branches that are much better and respectable.

Very poor. Appreciate lockdown has made things extremely difficult for retailers, but the staff I have encountered at this store are rude and incompetent. When I visited this week, I queued up in the only queue, then to be told after 15 minutes I was in the wrong place and it was my fault. Customer in front of me ordered bar stools and the member of staff gave them away to someone else by mistake, then said the customer would have to call customer services and there was nothing that could be done with it. Pretty outrageous. In any job, paying the slightest bit of attention and being courteous / pleasant to others makes the time go faster. Apparently not at Argos..

Very disappointed with this Shop, have bought couple of items online and chose to be delivered and they never came. Had to go personally to ask to be delivered days later. The delivery people leave the items outside even though I have provided the number to be called before delivery. Furthermore, I have call the online costumer service and never been able to get in contact with any advisors. When I called the branch in Ealing the costumer assistant left me on the phone alone, I ket the call for more than 5 min but no one talked to me. Overall, I would avoid buy anything from Argos due to lack costumer service and delivery service. I would give them a minus star if there was one!!!

I know the lockdown is complicating things, but wow the employees I’ve just spoken to are neither helpful nor polite. Not even a hello when I arrived for click & collect, then when I’m talking to one lady she just turns away and starts speaking to another customer waiting outside. All righty then...

We were today and the staff are very friendly and helpful, specially Tamara in the till, she was listening us with our problem and she didn't stop until she found the solution. Thank you so much for your help.
